Welcome! I’m Jenna, a Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Chinese Medicine specializing in orthopedics, chronic pain, and rehab. With a passion for integrating Eastern and Western medicine, I address whole body health to achieve the best outcome for my patients.

My journey into acupuncture and Chinese medicine began with my own experience as an athlete. After facing many sports-related injuries, I discovered the power of acupuncture and holistic therapies in addressing the root causes of pain and promoting healing. This inspired my mission to help others return to the activities they love, stronger and healthier than before.

I believe in empowering my patients to take control of their health, whether they’re overcoming an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply aiming for better physical performance. Using a variety of modalities, I create personalized treatment plans that address the root cause and whole body.

• I’m an avid runner and barefoot enthusiast.

• I've lived in 4 different states -- Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Tennessee

• If i'm not in clinic, chances are I'm paddleboarding, kayaking, or doing something on the water.

• I love a good adventure. Camping and exploring new places are my favorite ways to recharge.
